做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
