做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
