做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
