做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
