做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好(hǎo )鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮(huái )山和(hé )薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和(hé )其(qí )他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
